I found Wayne honest, friendly and easy to work with. As this was my first build I felt anxious and concerned that it should proceed without a hitch, and it did, thanks to Wayne’s easy relaxed manner and attention to detail.
The town house was completed ahead of schedule and I was very happy with the finished project. The various tradesmen that Wayne employed on the project were also friendly and easy to get along with which was important to me. We have had the good fortune to work with Wayne at Way View Homes twice now and if we ever build again, we wouldn’t consider anyone else.
Choosing a builder is a daunting task and even though Way View Homes came highly recommended to us, we interviewed several builders. We selected Way View Homes for a number of reasons, but at the top of our list was the amount of time Wayne was willing to spend with us, to ensure he fully understood our requirements, and could tailor his service to our meet our needs. Wayne was prompt, professional and detailed with his quotes and information. We felt very comfortable with his approach and honesty.
As we were building a home for ourselves, we must have frustrated Wayne at times, with our bespoke requests and countless questions, but Wayne was always understanding and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble.
We are extremely satisfied with the service, the quality of the build and the experience we received from working with Way View Homes and in particular Wayne. It was clear to us that Wayne cared about the whole process and the outcome of our property, his customer service is first class. We highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to build.

I just recently had a unit development completed by Wayne De Visser from Way View Homes at 5a Kilborn Court Kilsyth. This was my first ever build and I discovered Wayne through word of mouth and my father Alex Tait built a unit with him with glowing reports.
I entered into the building process not knowing what to truly expect as it was my first build and have heard many good and bad things happening during the construction process from other people who have used various builders. The whole process for me was completely painless. Wayne is a very open, honest and reliable builder who is true to his word.
Throughout the build Wayne would always keep in contact with me on a very regular basis and would always answer his phone when I called with a question or query. The lines of communication were always open which is a reassuring and positive thing in my book.
Nothing was ever too hard for Wayne, and the process was streamlined with the way Wayne conducts himself and runs his business. He has a wonderful work ethic and his level of quality and attention detail was very high.
He is very efficient and always put my mind at ease throughout the build process. Not once did I feel things were not on schedule or quality was declining. The finished Unit surpassed my expectations and the quality was excellent. What you see is what you get with Wayne from the first time you meet him, a friendly down to earth family man with a genuine and honest nature.
I believe this to be a rare trait in the building game. I highly recommend Wayne and would definitely use him again to build, without a doubt.

I have used Wayne De Visser from Way View Homes now for nearly 10 years to build in excess of 10 properties and in that time he has been nothing but exceptional. Every build has been on time and there has never been an issue. Wayne has also been contactable and nothing is ever a problem. His approach to each project makes it easy and also enjoyable.

After hours of research and contact with numerous builders we were thrilled to find a reputable builder who could build our dream home within our budget.
From the moment we made contact with Wayne at Way View Homes the communication was exemplary and this continued throughout the entire build. We’ve never built a home before and Wayne guided us throughout the entire project, supporting us with his professional knowledge and a calm manner.
I have never heard anybody state that their build was without stress but I can honestly say that it was an incredibly calm and predictable process for us. All work was completed as per the timeline and to the given budget, no surprises.
